What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every job, for 90 days. If a repair or installation we performed doesn’t hold up, we come back and fix it at no charge to you. The promise is written on your invoice, not buried in fine print.
• Parts you buy from us, installed by us. When we supply and install a spring, opener, cable, roller, or panel, we’re responsible for how it works once we leave. If a part we installed fails inside the promise window, we replace it and stand behind the labor too.
• Cleanup before we pull out of the driveway. Old springs, broken rollers, packaging, metal shavings from drilling – it goes with us. Your garage floor looks the same or better than when we arrived.
• On-time arrival, or a call first. If traffic on 281 or something unexpected holds us up, you’ll hear from us before you’re wondering where the truck is. No four-hour windows with no update.
• The price Otto quotes is the price you pay. The number given on the phone is the number on the invoice. If we find something else once the door is open, we stop, show you, and quote it before any additional work happens. Nothing gets added without your yes.
